Your privacy matters to Lennuki 2/4 OÜ. This policy explains what data we collect on eedu.ee, what we use it for and what rights you have. It covers this website and its visitors only.

We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Controller

Lennuki 2/4 OÜ, registry code 16759968, Lennuki 2/4, Tallinn.

For data protection questions, write to mart.habakuk@ebs.ee.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you or to provide a service. Data reaches us in two ways.

  • What you enter in the conference room enquiry form: name, email address, phone, organisation and your message with the details of your event.
  • What your device sends automatically when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the time of the visit and the pages viewed.

What we use it for

We use the enquiry form data only to answer you and to put an offer together. The enquiry is emailed to the Eedu conference centre sales contact. We do not use it for marketing and we do not pass it on for any other purpose.

We use visit data to keep the site working and secure, and for general statistics. Statistics and marketing data are collected only once you have consented in the cookie banner.

Legal basis

  • Answering an enquiry and making an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Site security and operation — our legitimate interest.
  • Statistics and marketing cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the correspondence around them for up to three years, so we can refer back to earlier conversations with returning clients. The events calendar is public and holds no visitor data.

Processors

We use service providers that may process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel — hosting and logs.
  • Supabase — the events calendar database.
  • Brevo — sending enquiry emails.
  • Google Tag Manager and Cookiebot — consent management and statistics, only with your consent.

Your rights

At any time you may:

  • ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • ask for your data to be deleted or its processing restricted;
  • withdraw the consent you gave for cookies;
  • lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS).
